About Hemp

Hemp is a natural fiber obtained from the Cannabis Sativa plant. It is a phenomenal but forgotten fiber of India and it is naturally anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, odor-absorbent, and UV resistant. It is four times stronger, more absorbent, breathable, and a good insulator than cotton and takes only one-third of water and minimal chemicals than cotton to grow and process. It gets softer with every wash and can be worn throughout the year as it breathes well in summer and insulates in winter. The hemp fiber looks like Linen, and performs better than linen in terms of longevity, more absorbant, better fall, and etc. As Hemp is quite a new fiber for India, awareness is the main challenge.
